Examinations

1. Per prendere un esame, lo studente deve essere iscritto alla facoltà e aver pagato tutte le tasse.
   To take an exam, the student has to be actually enrolled in the faculty and have payed all fees.
2. L'iscrizione per il secondo semestre di un dato anno accademico vale fino al 31 ottobre; vale, quindi, ancora per la sessione autunnale degli esami.
   The enrollment for the second semester of an academic year is valid until 31 October; it is, therefore, valid for the fall examination session.
3. Chi non deve più seguire corsi, ma vuole ancora dare degli esami, si iscrive «fuori corso». L'iscrizione fuori corso vale per un anno e include l'iscrizione (facoltativa) a due corsi.
   Who does not have to take any new courses, but wants to take examinations, has to be enrolled «fuori corso». A «fuori corso» enrollment is valid for one year and includes the (facultative) enrollment for two courses.
4. Gli esami dei corsi e gli esami di baccellierato e di licenza si danno nei tre periodi degli esami autunnale, invernale e estiva. L'iscrizione a questi esami deve avvenire prima delle ore 12.00 della data di scadenza indicata. Prima della data di scadenza devono anche essere consegnate al decanato le tesine di licenza approvate dal moderatore.
   The course examinations and the final baccalaureate and licence examinations are held during the three examination periods: fall, winter and summer. Students who want to take examinations during a given examination period have to be enrolled before 12.00 o'clock noon of the corrisponding deadline date.

5. Nel periodo degli esami autunnale, chi riesce ad ottenere un appuntamento per un esame di un corso nella seconda metà del mese di settembre, deve essere iscritto almeno due settimane prima dell'esame.
   If professors are present, it is also possible to take course exams in the second half of September. Who has an appointment in September, has to be enrolled at least two weaks before the date of the examination.
6. Chi prende l'esame d'un corso nel periodo degli esami che segue immediatamente il corso, deve iscriversi presso il rappresentante di classe; i rappresentanti di classe devono depositare le liste tempestivamente presso il segretariato della facoltà. Chi prende un esame d'un corso più tardi, deve scaricare il modulo F1 (da questa pagina), compilarlo, farsi confermare presso l'amministrazione che tutte le tasse sono stato pagate, e depositarlo tempestivamente presso il segretariato della facoltà.
   Who wants to take the examination of a course during the examination period immediately following the course, has to enroll with the class representative; the class representatives have to submit the lists in time to the secretariat of the faculty. Who wants to take the examination of a course during a later examination session, has to download the form F1 (from this page), fill it out, get the confirmation of the administration office that all fees have been payed and submit it in time to the secretariat of the faculty.
7. Chi vuole prendere l'esame finale di baccellierato, licenza oppure della lectio coram, deve scaricare il modulo corrispondente (da questa pagina), compilarlo, farsi confermare presso l'amministrazione che tutte le tasse sono state pagate, e depositarlo tempestivamente presso il segretariato della facoltà. I chierici e religiosi devono, inoltre, farsi confermare sullo stesso modulo dal loro superiore che hanno il permesso di prendere l'esame.
   Who wants to take the final baccalaureate or licence examination, or the lectio coram examination, has to download the corresponding form (from this page), fill it out, get the confirmation of the administration office that all fees have been payed and submit it in time to the secretariat of the faculty. Clerics and religious have to get on the same form the written permission of their superior to take the exam.
8. L'esame finale di baccellierato e di licenza si prende durante i periodi degli esami. Le prossime date per l'esame scritto sono: Venerdì 7 ottobre 2011, Venerdì 10 febbraio 2012, Giovedì 14 giugno 2012, Venerdì 5 ottobre 2012, sempre dalle 15.00 alle 18.00. L'esame orale di licenza si prende i giorni immediatamente prima e dopo l'esame scritto.
   The final baccalaureate and licence examinations are taken during the examination periods. The next dates for the written examinations are: Friday 7 October 2011, Friday 10 February 2012, Thursday 14 June 2012, Friday 5 October 2012, always from 15.00 to 18.00. The oral licence examinations are scheduled for the working days immediately preceding and following the written examination.
9. La lectio coram e la difesa si fanno durante il tempo delle lezioni, fuori del periodo delle iscrizioni.
   The lectio coram and the doctoral defense take place during class time, outside the enrollment period.
